1. How to Order:
     You could order from New Era by fax, E-mail & Order online;

2. Pick out your favourite products from:
     The website: www.china-elegance.com.cn
     You can provide your design or special demand to us.

3. Process:
     a). you select the ietms you want to buy.
     b). we issue a PI basing on your selection and then e-mail you for your confirmation;
     c). you confirm your order and pay in advance.
     d). we make your order after we confirm to receive your deposit.
     e). we e-mail photos of the finished products to you and let you know the goods and packing. After you pay the balance, we deliver the products to you.

5. payment: 
     30% deposit by T/T in advance with confirmation of order, the other 70% balance must be paid before shipment. Or you can pay by Western Union.

6. Lead time:
     Our regular lead time is 15-20 days, excluding air transit time, from the date of confirmation.  However, it can be +/- depending on the printing and also the design and quantities.

7. Transport:
     Can be transported by air on airport to airport basis or by sea. But usually, we suggest that send the goods by shipment. The approximate transit time is basing on the destination port.

8. After service:
     New Era is responsible for making some modification as your need and your purchase can be reproduced of there are serious quality problems.
